Effective Date: September 28, 2025
Service: Miraidon Sysbots
Operator: The operators of Miraidon Sysbots
Governing Law: Nova Scotia, Canada
We know privacy policies can be confusing, so we've written this one to be simple and clear. This policy explains what information Miraidon Sysbots ("We" or "Our") collects when you use Our automated trading service ("Service"), how we use that information, and how we keep it safe.
We only collect the minimum amount of data necessary to run the service, process your trades, and manage priority access. We break the data we collect into three simple types:
When you start a trade with Our bot, your Nintendo Switch automatically shares some identification data with us. We need this to ensure the right Pokémon goes to the right person. Note that the specific Link Trade Code you use is unique to the individual bot/console you are connected to at the time and may change if you are processed by a different bot.
Nintendo Network ID (NNID): This is the unique code your Switch uses for online trades. We collect it during the trade setup.
Why We Collect It: We need your NNID to: 1) allow our system to track your trade history for abuse prevention and moderation (as detailed in the Terms of Service); and 2) pull your Original Trainer (OT) Name and Secret ID (SID) so we can customize your Pokémon requests correctly, ensuring a consistent user experience.
Trade Requests and Results (Metadata): This includes the details of the Pokémon you asked for (like species, moves, and held items) and whether the trade succeeded or failed.
Why We Collect It: We use this to make sure the Pokémon is legal, complete your trade, and, if the trade fails, help us quickly figure out what went went wrong so we can fix it.
If you use the Favored Membership priority access feature, we collect a little more information to verify your paid status.
Discord Server ID and Role ID: The server owner provides us with the IDs for their server and the specific role that gets priority.
Why We Collect It: This is the only way for our system to check if you have the paid priority access defined in the Terms of Service.
Payment Information (Ko-fi): We use Ko-fi to manage all payments. We never see or store your financial information (like credit card numbers or bank details). Ko-fi securely handles all that data. We only receive a basic confirmation of payment, the date, and the associated Discord Server ID so we can apply the priority feature.
We use your data only for the following tasks:
Fulfilling Trades: Using your NNID and trade metadata to run legality checks and successfully deliver the Pokémon you requested.
Maintaining Trainer Customization and Abuse History: We store your NNID indefinitely to maintain your trainer customization details (OT/SID) and to track your usage history. This is essential for upholding the service rules (e.g., permanent bans, server blacklisting) and ensuring a consistent user experience every time you connect.
Improving the Service: Analyzing overall trade patterns and failure rates helps us fix bugs, optimize the Global Queue, and keep the automated system running 24/7.
Security and Stopping Abuse: We monitor trade volume and requests to prevent spam (via the "leddy filter") and check for attempts to overload or abuse the system, as outlined in Our Terms of Service.
Managing Priority: Verifying the Favored Membership status for priority access.
We keep different types of data for different lengths of time:
Nintendo Network ID (NNID): We keep your NNID indefinitely. We do this so your personalized trainer details remain consistent and to keep a record of your use for moderation. If you want your NNID deleted, you must contact us (see Section 8).
Temporary Trade Metadata (The specific Pokémon requested): We only keep a log of your individual Pokémon requests, success/failure status, and temporary inputs for a very limited time (no more than 7 days). After that, this active log data is automatically erased.
Priority Data (Server/Role IDs): We keep this data as long as the Favored Membership is active to ensure the priority feature works correctly.
The short answer is: almost no one.
We do not sell, rent, or share any of your personal or gameplay data with any third parties.
The only exceptions are:
Ko-fi: To process your payment for the Favored Membership.
Legal Requests: If required by law, court order, or a valid request from Nova Scotia law enforcement authorities.
We will never share your NNID or other identifying information with third-party game developers (like The Pokémon Company or Nintendo) unless We are legally required to do so.
We take reasonable security steps to protect your data from being accessed or used by unauthorized people. We store your data on protected servers and limit access to only the operators who need it for system maintenance. However, please remember that no system on the internet can guarantee 100% security.
Our service is not aimed at or intended for children under the age of 13. If you are a parent and believe your child under 13 has used Our Service and provided us with personal information, please contact us so We can promptly delete that information.
We may need to update this Privacy Policy if we change how the service works. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of the policy. We encourage you to check back once in a while to review the latest version.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, or if you wish to request the deletion of your Nintendo Network ID (NNID) and associated data, please contact Us directly:
